Another quality product from Boling Bros! Just like the Lincoln brakes,these fit perfect right out of the package. Highly recommended!

Received my drum retainers and the quality is as expected from Boling Bros. One downside, when using original wheel cylinders, one of the lower bosses needs to be drilled and tapped for these to mount. Original ones use one bolt on the bottom and two on the top. I wish I had ordered these before putting everything together. That's my fault for it would have been a lot easier to do on a bench. I may try to drill retainer so it catches one of the top bolts but will need to make a spacer since it where the retainer flares out to clear the top of the backing plate.

I used to work for Vern Tardel and we manufactured brake drum retainers for stock Ford brakes. When I received your retainers I was pleased with the fit and overall quality of the part. I know what it takes to manufacture small runs of quality parts made in America. Keep up the good work and I appreciate it.
